By completing a registration and making payment through our website or Razorpay, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refund Policy

All registration fees paid for tournaments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Player withdrawal or inability to attend

• Change of plans or schedule conflicts

• Incorrect details submitted during registration

• Disqualification due to violation of rules or misconduct

• Weather-related disruptions or match rescheduling

• Medical reasons or personal emergencies

2. No Cancellation After Payment

Once payment is successfully completed, registrations cannot be cancelled or transferred to another player or event, unless explicitly permitted by the organizers in writing.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the tournament is cancelled entirely by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (such as venue unavailability, government restrictions, or force majeure), the organizers may:

• Offer a future event credit, or

• Issue a refund at their sole discretion.

4. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be raised directly with us first before contacting banks or payment providers.

5. Organizer’s Rights

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised date.
